Since we are potentially gathering a lot of information about you, privacy is absolutely imperative.
It is for this reason that we give you the nuclear option to close your account and eliminate personally identifying information from our database.
When a bid is placed for your mindshare, the bidder is not given any information about you. The bid is simply delivered to the people who fit the bidders criteria.
There are two cases where your personal identity is made public:
1. Your screenname appears on posts to the Meeting of Minds Forum.
2. Your name is used when you send an invitation to a clique.
While privacy is imperative, anonymity is not. Bidders have to be assured that the people they are submitting bids to are real, honest people. That is why we emphasize the importance of honest answers to questions and correct profile information.
We take incomplete or inaccurate information seriously and require correction or deletion when we find it.
We want you to feel confident in your dealings at MyMindshare. Please contact us any time you have any questions or concerns about privacy.
Cheers!
Jim Bursch
